Everything I do, whether an online session, in my home studio, or postpartum support, is an extension of myself and my values: authenticity, honesty, responsibility & humour. I weave authenticity into my work by being unapologetically myself. Our words cast spells, so every one is spoken with honesty. I take radical responsibility for my role in supporting you. All sprinkled with humour, because life is already serious enough, so let’s laugh at ourselves while we heal. I use Psychic Intuitive Channeling, Guidance & Reiki Healing to provide well rounded energy work. I draw from my deeply challenging life experiences that have provided me with the wisdom and strength to hold space for others.
Overview
Psychic Intuitive Channeling & Guidance is a term I use to describe the messages I receive during our session. My connection to source, spirit, angels, higher self, the universe, ancestors is felt mostly through clairsentience or empathic intution, which are psychic abilities. This means I feel what you are feeling as physical sensation, thought, emotion or sometimes even pain. I lean into the sensations and ask for further support and guidance from the aforementioned beings. I then receive messages and guidance for you to support you in your journey. This process itself is Psychic Intuitive Channeling & Guidance. What it’s not: a linear, clear process, fortune telling or telling the future. What it is: a delicate dance of information that arrives on it’s own accord, it is cosmic and visceral and complicated and beautiful, and if you are open, together we can decipher it’s secrets and lean toward light, love & healing. Try to let all received messages land gently and then let them go. This act of release allows the process to be relaxed and flow.
What is Psychic Intuitive Channeling & Guidance?
Reiki is a gentle yet powerful modality, founded by Mikao Usui in 1922 and stems from Shinto (Indigenous Japanese culture), Buddhism, Hinduism, and Taoism. Reiki itself is a healing energy. It is pure light and love. It is completely safe and protective. How it works is: I become a channel/conduit for the reiki healing light to pass through me and into your body. You can receive reiki either by hands on touch or through distance healings. The reiki works to cleanse and clear your energy body. It releases blockages and stagnant energy within the chakra system. The chakras are an ancient philosophy and stem from Buddism and Hinduism. The practice of reiki is a gorgeous fusion of ancient philosophies. While receiving reiki, you may notice subtle tingling, emotions stirring, the urge to yawn, cry, cough, burp or nothing at all. Let the experience be what it is. Your practitioner will also experience these physical effects. You may notice physical effects from the reiki purging and cleaning your energy body, for up to 2 weeks after your session. This is normal, especially if you have never had reiki before- there will be a build up of old energy.
What is Reiki?
Quantum Energy Healing is a form of energy work and differs from reiki in that it is me altering and clearing your energy field from past, present and future timelines, lives and contracts. I intentionally enter (with your knowledge and permission) your energy field to clear and resolve and unplug energy leeches, cords, entities, spells etc. To compare, Reiki is a very gentle and passive, albeit powerful, healing energy that I channel and do not ‘control’, rather it knows where in the energy body requires healing, and goes there.
