I didn’t know what to expect but it couldn’t have asked for a more perfect time and space to do it in. Lots of big feelings but I feel so good, I’m feeling so grateful that I was able to experience that and that I could do it with someone I know and trust🥹😭💓

I would 100% recommend Cycles with Nae! As someone who had never experienced reiki before I was nervous, but the space Nae creates is so safe and calming all my anxiety melted away.
