In-Home Post-Partum Treatment with Nae

This offering is being created so you can feel held and safe during your sacred postpartum rite of passage from the comfort of your own home.
As a mother myself, I understand the delicate time that is postpartum, and the deep need for love and support through this precious time. And yes, postpartum to me includes when your baby is 12 months old. It also includes women who have experienced pregnancy or child loss because yes, your physical & energy bodies are still postpartum.
Each treatment may include:
A warm herbal foot soak to ground and settle the nervous system
Nurturing foot massage
Reiki for rest, integration, and energetic support
Thoughtfully selected groceries and snacks, with simple food preparation to support you in the days following our session
Treatments are offered in your home, allowing you to remain rested, held, and supported without needing to go anywhere. This care will be offered in a very limited capacity (one client per week) so that it can be held with presence and sustainability.
We will have a 15 minutes discovery call to have a chat about things like:
Whether you are pregnant and planning your postpartum
Whether you have other children
How old your baby is (I can work around babies who are not mobile, however in order for you to get the most out of your service, it is best for mobile babies to be cared for while you receive your treatment)
Dietary requirements/allergies
Any injuries or contraindications that may effect or delay my be able to provide your service
The discovery call is also an opportunity for us to feel into each other’s energy and see if we are a good match. It is important that we connect beforehand as the postpartum period is a powerful and special time- your body and energy field are open portals and getting to know one another first will allow you to relax, trust and let go more fully.
While I am still refining my services, I have an offer for the first 10 clients to receive this treatment at a discounted cost of $350. You will need to pay a $50 deposit to secure your place. The price will increase to $500 once I have booked the first 10 clients. This price honours the time & energy I put into tailoring your session. Planning goes into every element of my service, so while the treatment itself lasts for 2-3 hours, there is time worked in the backend for your treatment to be perfect for you and your needs

The package includes a 2-3 hour home visit where I will do the following:

grocery shop and basic meal prep tailored to your unique taste and dietary requirements
The long service time is to account for tending to your baby as needed and so I have ample time to give you a calm, restful and DEEPLY nurturing experience.

Getting started is simple. Pay your deposit using the waitlist form below. OR if you would like to get to know each before committing- amazing! Schedule a discovery call with me to see if we’re a good fit - we’ll talk thru some basic details & get to know one another. If we feel we are a good fit then pay the waitlist deposit and that’s it!

Put simply- I’m a mother, so I understand. I also believe that postpartum is a time of deep energetic upheaval that deserves and requires thoughtful support, both physically and spiritually. Energetic and spiritual awareness in the postpartum space is crucial to supporting the mother. I believe our society is deeply lacking in this type of support, which is why I have chosen to weave energetics WITH physical support into a postpartum service: so mothers can be held on a much deeper level than '“you’re cleared to have sex” at the 6 week check up.

Currently my package is $350 for the first 10 clients. The price will increase to $500 after the first 10 clients. I can offer payment plans (to be paid off in full prior to the session). This price reflects the careful planning and execution that a session like this provides. Work goes into planning the food and holding space for you during that planning, as well as check ins after the appointment.
